According to reports, EBK Jaaybo, a recording artist from Stockton, California, has been apprehended by law enforcement on gun charges. The "Accidental Smoke" rapper, who has been behind bars since Monday with no bail, is expected to appear in court on Wednesday. This is not Jaaybo's first run-in with the law, as he was arrested in 2018 and 2021 before finally being released in February of this year.
The 19-year-old rapper is rumored to have ties with the EBK (Everybody Killa) street gang indicted in 2020 for firearms trafficking.
