Previously, Jim Jones spoke about Pusha T, saying the Clipse rapper was not in his top 50 rappers. During an appearance on a podcast, Jones said, “You go in these clubs, I don’t know no records they play in the club with Pusha T. They don’t play his s**t outside.” Since then, Jones appeared on ‘The Breakfast Club’ and asked the hosts if they could name five Pusha T songs off the top of their heads.
During his interview, Jones was asked about his comments on Pusha and then made it a point to ask the hosts and staff members if they could name five Pusha T records. Charlamagne took Jones up on the challenge and named various songs from the rapper that stood out to him. Jones then said, “Could you name five Pusha T records? No. Could you rap to five Pusha T records?”
The Dipset rapper didn’t stop there, asking the hosts, “Could you rap five Hov verses if they came on? Could you rap five Drake verses if they came on? You lying because you work at radio. I’m just gonna say that because n***as gonna say ‘Jim is wildin.'” Jim showed love to Pusha, saying, “Shoutout to Pusha T, I love your soul. You my dawg. You not in my top 50. You might be in Charlamagne’s top 50 and things like that, but you haven’t done that much for me in my life.” Watch above.
