Surveillance footage recently surfaced of three masked men hopping onto a school bus in Maryland and attacking a 14-year-old student. The situation caught on camera was described as an “attempted murder.”

Footage shows a school bus dropping off students while heading from the Prince George’s County Alternative Middle School when three people in masks hopped on board and approached the student. One of the masked people could be seen holding a gun. “They pulled the trigger three times, but for some reason, by the grace of God, the gun didn’t go off, and bullets flew out of the gun,” said Martin Diggs of the bus drivers’ union.

Diggs said, “This was an attempted murder, plain and simple. Call it what it is.” In the footage, one of the masked suspects with a gun tried to pull the trigger three times, with the weapon allegedly misfiring. Because of that, the three people beat the teen down before running off the bus.

Cops on the scene found three live rounds. The bus driver and the aide for the bus were not harmed during the situation. Watch above.
