In this clip, John Salley revisits a string of controversial incidents during the NBA regular season involving Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant, like punching a minor in the face, pulling his gun out on IG live, and the "strip club" occurrence in Denver. The four-time NBA Champ states that if he were Ja, he would have filed a lawsuit against the aforementioned strip club. From there, John tells DJ Vlad that nearly 85-90% of the NBA watches his show before shifting his attention to the NBA players and stating that they have to realize once they join the league, they can no longer operate as regular civilians. This prompts a discussion about how difficult it becomes for NBA players to date, which leads the two men to quote Lavar Ball, who once famously warned his three sons that the only types of women they'd meet once they joined the NBA were gold diggers.
