In this clip, The Lead Attorney broke down Pras' case and the ensuing conviction that has the former Fugees member facing 20 years in prison. Vlad recalled Pras telling him that the case was a matter of how much money he was willing to forfeit before turning down a plea deal and receiving a federal indictment. The Lead Attorney explained why Pras and many other suspects turn down plea deals and take their chances by going to trial. Ultimately, The Lead Attorney believes Pras should've taken the deal, considering the evidence against the former rapper.
