A 12-year-old and a 20-year-old were arrested after 32-year-old Matthew Davis (pictured above) was killed while working at a Sonic Drive-In in Keene, Texas last weekend.

Keene Police Chief James Kidd revealed that 20-year-old Angel Gomez was at the fast food eatery with several people, and Davis approached him for urinating in the parking lot. The situation escalated from there, and at one point, a 12-year-old took an AR-15 from Gomez's vehicle and shot Davis several times. Davis was later taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Gomez and the boy fled the scene, but Gomez later returned and was arrested on a murder warrant. Police tracked and arrested the boy in Rio Vista, which is about 14 miles south of Keene, and he was also charged with murder. It was reported that several firearms were confiscated from the boy at the time of his arrest.
