With the popularity of online dating and social media, there's no question that dating norms and relationships have changed over the past decade. Glorilla, who is just 23, took to Twitter to question if marriage still makes sense for people of her generation.
She wrote, "So y’all believe in marriage in this generation?? I just couldn’t see myself fw one n***a for too long N***as start n***a-ing after da first 6 months & baby Ima start n***a-ing right along with a n***a."
Other entertainers have sounded off on marriage, including hip-hop legend Too $hort, who told VladTV back in 2021 that marriages should be solidified with a contract that gets evaluated every five years. He added, "Once you get past ten (years), this sh*t is on forever. So, you got two outs at five and ten (years)."
