Boxers Devin Haney and Vasiliy Lomachenko faced off against one another for the undisputed lightweight championship this past Saturday (May 20). The fight found Haney taking over the first half of the fight. However, Lomachenko rounded out the fight by giving Haney a run for his money. The end result of the battle found Haney retaining his undisputed lightweight title. Since then, Boosie took to social media to give his thoughts on the verdict, calling it “rigged.”
Boosie noted he rocks with Haney but wanted to clarify his thoughts on the fight. “I F**K WITH HANEY BUT I JUST [watched] CHAMP LOSE EVERY ROUND OF THAT FIGHT NO [cap]!!,” said Boosie. The rapper continued, saying, “BOXING RIGGED TIMES HAVE CHANGED THIS S**T BOUT MONEY!!”
Another tweet from Boosie found him doubling down on support for Haney while speaking his truth, saying, “I won money on Haney, but Money can’t make me Lie 🙏🏾🙏🏾.” Take a look above.
