Previously, it was reported that Cardi B began to seize money from blogger Tasha K over a $4 million defamation case judgment, taking her $9,000 checks from YouTube, along with a $640 check. Now, Tasha K has reportedly filed for bankruptcy in the matter.
Documents that surfaced via The Neighborhood Talk show Tasha K’s voluntary petition to file for bankruptcy. The blogger filed the paperwork on May 25, 2023, and it was noted she filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. This means Tasha K is looking to keep her business up and running while creating a plan to pay creditors over time.
The blogger reportedly has to submit a list of her assets, and The Neighborhood Talk noted that the blogger only has $95 in her Chase bank account. One of the forms revealed that Tasha K’s assets total up to $58,595.56. As of now, the blogger is not facing eviction from her home. Stay tuned for more updates.
