Earlier this year, Kay Flock and other members of the Sev Side gang were indicted for racketeering and conspiracy. Before that, Flock was arrested for Kay Flock was arrested on December 23 for the murder of 24-year-old Oscar Hernandez following an alleged exchange at a barbershop.
The racketeering charges against Flock were given to the rapper while he was already in jail. From there, one of Flock’s co-defendants was asked to snitch on him, to which he says he replied, “Guess I’ll see ya in 30 years.”
After numerous photos of the rapper in jail surfaced, Kay Flock recently hopped on Instagram Live for the first time since being locked up. The rapper could be seen laughing while talking to the other person on the live with him. The rapper shouted out people watching him, including actor Skai Jackson. Watch above.
