During the sit-down, Clark detailed how he linked up Jay-Z and Dame Dash, who went on to start Roc-A-Fella with Biggs. From there, Clark spoke about knowing Biggie before he blew up, and he went on to detail how he built a studio in his house so that Jay-Z could record “Reasonable Doubt.” Clark explained that it was clear that Jay was going to take off, and he went on to speak about how he refused to give Biggie “Brooklyn’s Finest” because it was for Jay-Z. Clark then shared how he introduced Biggie and Jay-Z to record the track, and he revealed that they both had a ton of respect for one another.
