In this clip, Vlad started off speaking to Boosie about his sit-down with former D.C. street figure Tony Lewis Sr., which led to Boosie asking about Tony’s association with notorious street figure Rayful Edmond. Vlad pointed out that Rayful told on about 20 people, and he added that Tony got out after 34 years due to a change in laws. Boosie then added that people are coming home “every day” due to laws changing and the statute of limitations running out.
