Part 2: Andrew 'Nickel' Robinson on Nicki Minaj's Husband Robbing Latin Kings at Rikers Island

In this clip, Saigon and Andrew ‘Nickel’ Robinson talked about the origins of mixtape rap in New York City and Robinson’s role in the early stages of the movement. He talked about some of the pioneering DJs during the era in the early ‘90s and how influential that period was on New York’s hip-hop landscape.
Later, Saigon and Andrew ‘Nickel’ Robinson talked more about their respective criminal pasts, specifically about Robinson who said he was a “demon” during the early ‘90s. He recounted some of his more violent episodes, including cutting a guy with a box cutter who urinated near him and a girl at a park in NY. He also recalled being sentenced to 66 years in prison for robbing a train.
