According to reports, a Fulton County deputy named Akeiba Stanley was arrested after investigators claimed the woman attempted to smuggle contraband into the jail for a defendant in the YSL RICO trial.

Stanley allegedly used Instagram to communicate with YSL defendant Christian Eppinger and visited the alleged YSL member’s cell. Warrants and court documents claim Stanley was working with Eppinger to bring him items from family. It was noted Eppinger and Stanley had communicated with one another via an illegal cell phone.

Stanley was arrested and booked for numerous charges on Friday (June 2). The charges include conspiracy to commit a felony, hindering apprehension or punishment of a criminal, violation of oath of office, and reckless conduct. Eppinger is reportedly one of over two dozen people who were wrapped up and charged in the YSL RICO indictment. Stay tuned for more updates.
