When it was announced that YBN Nahmir was discontinuing YBN with Cordae and YBN Almighty Jay, there were rumors of friction between him and Cordae. However, Nahmir dispelled those rumors during a recent interview.
While speaking to HipHopDX, Nahmir revealed that he and Cordae speak often. “Cordae just called my mom yesterday. He told my mom to send the address to him. So he gone do one of the pop-ups. Cordae be busy. I’ma be like, ‘What the f**k is you doing here Cordae?’ type s**t. I already know how he is.”
Nahmir gave more insight into he and Cordae’s relationship, saying, “But yeah, everybody on a good stretch. Everybody got a good plan for themselves. And everybody on the same path of winning. We talked like two weeks ago. I talk to Cordae a lot. Well, not like a lot but when it’s time to talk to Cordae.”
While discussing patching up issues with Almighty Jay, Nahmir said, “It was never, like, nothing too serious with him. When we was doing all that Instagram beefing and s**t, it embarrassed me because I never been the type to hop on the internet and embarrass myself, and it embarrassed me.” Watch above.
