Darez Diggs, the brother of NFL stars Trevon and Stefon Diggs, was involved in an elevator attack that was caught on security camera footage obtained by TMZ.
In the video, a man can be seen frantically trying to shut the elevator doors in an apartment building in downtown Los Angeles on May 29. Before the doors could shut, Darez sticks his hand inside, opening the doors. Another angle shows Darez and the other man exchanging words before the man jumps in the elevator.
From there, two men with Darez start attacking the man, even dragging him out of the elevator and kicking him in the face. Once the man is back in the elevator lobby, the four men seem to talk, with one of the men with Darez appearing to grab a bag out of the man's hands. The men later seem to snatch a chain off of the man's neck.
LAPD was called to the scene, and the alleged victim told police that three men had stolen an orange purse with diamonds and other jewelry inside. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
