During a live taping of Wild N' Out in 2018, DC Young Fly famously made Azealia Banks cry in the heat of an improvised skit when he joked that Nick Canon couldn't land a guest appearance from Cardi B for the show, so he booked "Azealia's ugly a*s" instead. The viral moment happened in front of a live audience, and it prompted the NYC rapper to go on a rant, via social media, about DC Young Fly and Nick Canon shortly after that.
Today, Azealia Bank took her animosity for DC Young Fly a step further by mocking him during the grieving process for the mother of his three children. The 32-year-old reminded her followers about previously being the butt of DC Young Fly's joke, before indicating that the death of his partner, Ms Jacky Oh was a gift because it occurred on her birthday.
“DC Young Fly spent years disguising his own deeply rooted hatred of self as jokes pointed at women’s beauty,” Azealia wrote. “Projecting his own feelings about his own ugliness unto women perfectly secure in their own skin. Say what you want about my tears. They were pure tears of rage. And not at all a sign of weakness. Because in the end. I won. I’m happy I cried and moved on. That Jackie o girl must have been as deeply insecure about herself.”
She continued, “Dead at 32 exactly on my 32nd birthday, May 31st, 2023 in Miami, FL...You n***** are going to learn to stop f*cking with me.
