The names and mugshots of the 16 people arrested in connection with Georgia's largest motorcycle gang bust were released. The 15 men and one woman are accused of being members of the Outcast Motorcycle Club in Georgia, who surveilled, shot, and robbed rival members of the Chosen Few club.
The group was hit with dozens of charges in the 45-count indictment, which also accused them of engaging in a shootout at a crowded motel in June 2022. The indictment alleges that members of the Outcasts followed Chosen Few members to a hotel, ordered them to stay out of their territory, and demanded that they hand over their vests. From there, a shootout happened. The injuries from the incident were not made clear, but one member of the Outcasts was brought to the hospital with injuries.
Following a 13-month investigation, investigators seized $180,000 in cash, 71 weapons, two motorcycles, and two cars from alleged members. The group is facing 21 counts of violating Georgia’s Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, 11 counts of aggravated assault, and seven counts of armed robbery, along with numerous conspiracy charges.
Prosecutors described the Outcast and the Chosen Few motorcycle gangs as "1-percenter" or "outlaw motorcycle gangs."
