Previously, it was revealed that Jamie Foxx was hospitalized, with the actor and musician’s daughter Corrine saying he was recovering from a “medical complication.” Details on Foxx’s condition were limited, and speculation on Foxx’s health began to arise. The actor has since been released from the hospital, according to his daughter, and now a representative for the star has cleared up more rumors about Foxx.
A claim was made by gossip columnist A.J. Benza about Foxx’s health while on ‘Ask Dr. Drew.’ Benza claimed that a close source to Foxx told him the issues for Foxx arrived after he received a COVID-19 booster shot, with Foxx reportedly being “pressured” to get the shot to continue along with shooting a new movie. The gossip columnist also says Foxx allegedly was “partially paralyzed and blind” after a clot in his brain.
Now, while speaking to NBC News, a rep for the actor says Benza’s claims were “completely inaccurate.” Previously, Foxx’s daughter Corrine said her dad was "playing pickleball yesterday!” following the false reports of his family “preparing for the worst.” Stay tuned for more updates.
