Fetty Wap has been gearing up to do six years in federal prison for his role in a drug smuggling operation. The rapper reportedly pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine. The rapper won’t be eligible for parole without serving five years of the sentence due to a mandatory minimum.

However, conditions for the New Jersey rap star will extend beyond his prison sentence. The rapper will be supervised after release and must submit tax records and financial documents to the U.S. Probation Department.

The rapper won’t be able to open up new bank accounts or financial accounts without receiving approval from federal authorities. Fetty also will have to submit all things he owns for search if there is a reasonable suspicion that he violated his release terms. This includes himself, his vehicles, and his home as part of the possible search.

As part of the release, Fetty must give up DNA samples, which requires his cooperation. Stay tuned for more updates.
