2 Pac's Biological Father Claims His Son's Murder Was Set Up by U.S. Government

Recently, 2 Pac’s biological father, Billy Garland, appeared on ‘The Art of Dialogue’ and claimed that the United States government orchestrated the late rapper’s murder. 

Garland spoke on the incident where Tupac fought Orlando Anderson in Las Vegas over an alleged Death Row medallion. Garland said the rapper was being tailed by the government the night of his murder, saying, “Well, I think the key question there is the government,” Garland said. “The government gave [Keefe D] the deal. [Tupac] was being tailed by the government the night of his assassination. He was being tailed by the government while in the studio — that’s a known fact.” Garland then said he doesn’t know Keefe D and that the whole situation looked like a set-up. Watch above.
