Women's hoop champion with the LSU Tigers and a budding rapper, Flau'Jae Johnson recently appeared on the The Baller Alert Show where she voiced her disappointment in not being asked to appear in Latto's and Cardi B's video for "Put It on Da Floor Again" like her teammate Angel Reese.
"Her people never hit my people or whatever," she said just before the 28:00 mark of the interview. "But I had seen she had asked Angel before, like a week before. And I was like, 'Okay, maybe she really ain't want me in the video for real but she had to ask me because we had kind of a relationship before. And she put Angel in it."
Despite acknowledging that having Angel in the video was still a "big moment for women's basketball," but couldn't help but think, "Why wouldn't you put me in it? Like it just makes sense."
