Update 06/17/2023 5:11am:

New video has been released now showing Conor McGregor and his accuser together at a nightclub after the alleged rape had taken place. According to TMZ, the new footage was taken around 12:40AM on June 10, roughly an hour after she was allegedly sexually assaulted in the restroom.

The accuser's attorney Ariel Mitchell said that Conor and her client are "visibly awkwardly interacting with each other" following the restroom encounter. She added that her "client has always stated that there would be video of before and after, and in those videos she emphasized that the difference in the interactions between them would be visibly noticeable," and "this again is another video that supports what my client has been saying and supports what she told the police since the inception of this incident."

On the flip side, McGregor's attorney issued a statement pointing out that the accuser's story continues to change. "While the claimant's story has changed yet again," Barbara R. Llanes said in a statement, "our account of the evening has never changed. This video only reinforces our position. We look forward to the swift conclusion of the investigation."

The footage clearly shows McGregor taking the alleged victim by the hand and leading her into the restroom where she said the assault took place. McGregor is seen in a black tee shirt talking to a woman in a white shirt before grabbing her by the hand as they make way to the restroom. No one else seemed to enter the bathroom before the footage ended.

Former UFC Lightweight & Featherweight Champion Conor McGregor recently announced that his fiancée, Dee Delvin, is pregnant with their fourth child. Unfortunately, a shocking accusation out of Miami, Florida, has put a damper on the good news. The 34-year-old attended game 4 of the NBA Finals at the Kaseya Center. Shortly after the Denver Nuggets defeated the Heat (108-95), he allegedly pulled an unidentified woman into the men's bathroom, where he aggressively had his way with her, sexually while his bodyguard stood watch from outside. This account is according to the accuser's lawyer, Ariel Mitchell, who recently submitted a demand letter to McGregor.

“Security refused to let (the woman) exit or allow anyone else, including her friend, inside the bathroom,” Mitchell wrote. "[McGregor] shoved his tongue in the victim’s mouth and aggressively kissed her.”

In response, Conor McGregor's team refuted the report in a statement to TMZ, stating that the  “allegations are false” and “Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated.”
