He explained that the feds sentence people based on a points system, and the time is lessened if you have no prior cases. Bandman Kevo also pointed out that most people that get the full sentence with no priors have taken their case to trial. Recently, Bandman Kevo took time to call out Gunna, who faced a large amount of time as well before taking a plea deal.
