Bun B's heyday spanned two decades with a successful run as a member of UGK and as a solo artist with the classic album Trill OG. The Houston rap veteran began venturing beyond the realm of hip-hop in the early 2010s, entering the ranks of collegiate education as a lecturer and later becoming an author. His latest endeavor, Trill Burgers, might be his most outstanding business achievement thus far. Bun B started Trill Burgers as a catering service for major music events such as Coachella and Rolling Loud, back in 2021. Since then, Trill Burgers has become a force to be reckoned with in the food industry, claiming the title of "Best Burger in America" in 2022 (awarded by Good Morning America). The mouth-watering menu features the "Vegan OG Burger," "Baby G Burgers" for children, and more. What started as a pop-up restaurant for fans and foodies that followed him on social media officially became a brick-and-mortar establishment during the first week of June when Bun B held a grand opening in his home state of Texas, a place known nationwide for its food.
On Monday, Drake pulled up to 3607 South Shepherd Drive in Houston to greet his longtime friend and sample the popular menu firsthand.
