Much was made about Babyface being removed from Anita Baker's tour which sparked larger discussions about Baker being notoriously difficult to work with among other things. Baker accused Babyface's fans of cyberbullying and said he would go over his alotted stage time as well.
However, Babyface spoke with Jason Lee for "The Jason Lee Show" where he clarified things a bit. He said that there isn't any animosity toward Anita from himself and that despite things becoming "complex" he acknowledged that this was Baker's tour to celebrate the 40th anniversary of her debut album so he had to respect the decision.
