Update 06/21/2023 2:30pm:

Jim Jones appears to have responded to Pusha T dissing him in a newly released Clipse track that debuted at Pharrell's first Louis Vuitton show in Paris on Tuesday (June 20).

In a snippet of the unreleased song, Pusha T raps, "You think it'd be valor amongst veterans/I'm watching your fame escape relevance/We all in a room but here's the elephant/You chasing a feature out of your element/And those lab diamonds under inspection/The question marks block your blessings/It's no tombstones in the desert/I know by now you get the message."

After a clip of the song went viral, Jim Jones seemed to laugh off the diss. The Dipset rapper shared a photo of him laughing to his Instagram Stories, referencing Pusha's 2013 album My Name is My Name. He wrote, "Let me know if they serious cause my name is my name #Capo." Another post read, "Let me know when they really ready."

This comes after Jim questioned Pusha T's #29 spot on Billboard's "Top 50 Greatest Rappers of All Time" list while speaking on the RapCaviar podcast. He stated, "What has he done that puts him in the greatest rappers of all time besides talk about coke that he probably didn't get himself? He's nice as sh*t. He could rap his ass off, but what has he done?

"Nobody has dressed like him. Nobody wants to be like Pusha T. I don't remember nothing. And let's not be evil, but we don't talk about rap where the n***a that's popping the b*tches wanna f*** and the n****s wanna be like."

Pusha T and his older brother No Malice having seemingly reformed as Clipse in a new snippet debuted during Pharrell Williams's Louis Vuitton menswear show in Paris.

While the fashion show brought out many of the entertainment world's most prominent figures including LeBron James, Jay-Z and Beyoncé, among many others, much of the discussion following the show was about the Clipse coming back together after roughly 13 years and how Pusha may have sent shots at Jim Jones.

The bars aimed at Jones comes on the heels of Jimmy claiming Pusha shouldn't be considered one of the greatest in hip hop. "Beware of my name, that there's delegate/You know I know where you're delicate/Crush you to pieces, I'll hum a breath of it/I will close your heaven for the hell of it," Push raps.

“You think it’d be valor amongst veterans/I’m watching your fame escape relevance," the Virginia native continues. "We all in a room but here’s the elephant/You chasing a feature out of your element/And those lab diamonds under inspection/The question marks block your blessings/It’s no tombstones in the desert/I know by now you get the message.”
