Killer Mike recently claimed that Andre 3000 was releasing a new solo album while appearing on Sway’s Universe. Now, Mike has taken to the airwaves to recant his recent claim.
While on V-103 with Big Tigger, Killer Mike said, “I was stoned out of my mind playing, teasing with y’all. ”
The rapper continued saying, “Y’all done took the joke too seriously. But you know, [Andre 3000’s] always making music. He’s never not making music. So I got a chance to hear a lot of cool stuff… If you want to hear Dre, though, I know where you can. It’s this album called Michael that’s out right now. There is Dre, Future, and Killer Mike.” Watch above.

Killer Mike delivered some huge news on Tuesday (June 20), as he revealed that André 3000 is working on a new album. While on Sway In The Morning, Killer Mike confirmed the news when Sway asked about André's new album. He stated, "Yeah. I think we fly out in a couple weeks to go listen to it."
This comes after Killer Mike dropped "Scientists & Engineers" ft. André 3000. During his interview with Sway, Killer Mike confirmed that he heard around nine of André's songs, and he added that there were even more.
Killer Mike recently spoke to The Breakfast Club about having another song with André that he's hoping will be on his next album. He stated, "There is another Killer Mike and Dre feature, and all we gotta do is make this album go Number 1 and make the guys from the label really, really happy and I’ll be right back next year.
"He [Andre 3000] always raps longer. When you handsome, all the girls like you, you get to rap longer… It’s a record that women gon’ like. And players. If you’re a player, you gon’ love it too."
