50 Cent isn’t one to forget about the money that is owed to him, and now the rapper, mogul, and TV showrunner has called out an ex-employee who reportedly embezzled a large amount of money from one of his companies.

A man named Mitchell Green, who worked as a principal liaison between 50’s Sire Spirits and their French supplier, reportedly embezzled almost $7 million from the brand. Green allegedly confessed to his actions and tried to get out of the legal complications tied to the matter by filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

50 Cent is not looking to let Green skate from paying money, as Sire Spirits pushed to challenge the bankruptcy ruling. 50 and the brand claim that the debt Green is trying to dismiss was gained illegally, which means the debt cannot be protected by bankruptcy. Before filing for bankruptcy, Green was found liable for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and unjust enrichment. As a result, he was ordered to pay $6,194,293. Stay tuned for more updates.
