Earlier, rapper Keith Murray was seen in footage going back and forth with a man who claimed the rapper owed him money. The two were arguing, and the man holding the camera threatened to put his hands on Murray if he didn't receive what was owed. More footage of the rapper has surfaced, with Murray appearing intoxicated while dancing in the street, seemingly holding up traffic. The rapper would be seen holding an alcoholic beverage in a brown paper bag in one hand and a blunt in the other. Watch above.
