Previously, footage surfaced of JT cursing out Lil Uzi Vert while at the BET Awards, throwing her phone at the star rapper in the process. Many believed the incident popped off due to Uzi allegedly flirting with Ice Spice. However, sources within JT's camp say Ice Spice is not the reason for the happenings.
Sources from JT’s camp allegedly told TMZ her issues with Uzi have nothing to do with the Bronx rapper, as she loves Ice Spice and her music. The issue was reportedly sparked because the City Girls rapper was frustrated after losing her seat during an audience shuffle. Footage that surfaced showed Ice Spice and JT speaking with one another after the phone-throwing incident. Take a look above.

Lil Uzi Vert recently performed at the BET Awards and did a medley of songs, including a new one making reference to Ice Spice. Things got interesting for the Philly superstar after his performance, though, as star rapper and girlfriend—JT of City Girls was seen throwing a cell phone at the rapper’s head.
Video footage showed JT seemingly going off on Uzi, saying, “F**king groupie, B***h.” From there, she could be heard telling Uzi, “F**k wrong with you, b***h,” before asking for her phone. Rumors surrounding the scenario claim the pair got into an argument over Uzi speaking with Ice Spice, who was sitting next to him at the show. Watch above.
