According to reports, rapper Blueface has informally pleaded guilty to one felony and one misdemeanor charge in a Las Vegas court on Monday related to a strip club shooting in what was slated to be a preliminary hearing.
Prosecutor Nick Portz will reportedly go along with a sentence of probation when Blueface, real name Johnathan Jamall Porter, enters a formal plea on July 3. All other charges will be dropped against the rapper at that time.
The issue stems from an altercation that occurred at the Euphoric Gentlemen's Club in Las Vegas when the victim reportedly made a joke about the rapper talking with “some females in a cheap vehicle.” After the joke didn't go over well, a physical altercation ensued which ended with the victim driving away and Blueface firing shots at the fleeing vehicle.
While the criminal side of the incident has apparently been worked out, a civil suit against the rapper is still pending from the owner of the strip club where the incident took place.
