During a recent sit-down with Tony Hawk on his Hawk vs Wolf podcast, Lil Wayne revealed that he was flagged for posting his own music on his Instagram page.
Wayne explained that he posted a video of skateboarding with friends and used his own music in the post. A short time later, he got a call asking if he cleared the song. Wayne stated, "Clear what? That’s me!"
During the conversation, Wayne revealed that he almost posted an unreleased song, which he admitted would've been way worse. He also revealed that the conversation he had about posting his song was "bad," which you can hear more about above.
