Update 07/03/2023 11:18am:
Over the weekend, TMZ posted footage of Young Buck and Afroman fighting at the Zarati Shop in Abingdon, Virginia, which they revealed went down on June 26.
The incident seemed to fly slightly under the radar after it happened, but Afroman shared a statement of his version of the incident on his Instagram page shortly after it happened. In the post, Afroman claimed that Young Buck was being "hostile and aggressive" after walking into Afroman's area backstage. Afroman also claimed that Young Buck hit his artist Lil Sodi in the stomach, which is what seemingly led to the altercation.
At the end of his statement, Afroman wrote, "I forgive Young Bucc. I’m praying for Young Bucc God bless you brother."
Young Buck then jumped in the comments section to dispute some of Afroman's claims. He wrote, " I don’t do drugs. I wasn’t drunk. I was entertaining." He added, " I never said f*** u or your homies. I approach u to meet u. I ain’t punch yo homie in the stomach. I tapped him to move over to meet u my guy. Your homies became aggressive and tried to swing on me. I did what any real one would have done and defended my self."
Buck added, "U speaking on all this brotherhood sh*t… but trying to slander my name. Did u or any of your homies see me do any drug? If so which one… cause I’m unaware. Man I’m to old for the BS… but these hands work cuzz. Again… miss me with all the “victim” talk. Your homies talking bout we had to smash Young Bucc lol. Man stop it!!"
On Sunday (July 2), Young Buck wrote on his Instagram Stories, "Sometimes u need a good old fashion bar brawl!!! But I’m #notguilty."
