Adam22 went viral after news surfaced noting his wife, Lena The Plug, did her first scene with a male adult star. Previously, Adam and Lena performed in scenes together, which included threesomes, but Lena has only had Adam22 as her male costar for years. Since then, Adam has been reacting to people online who have commented on his wife working with other people in her field, including online streamer Kai Cenat.
