On Wednesday, a man was arrested by law enforcement after carjacking three vehicles, including a minivan, during a wild police chase that spanned over three counties. The on-camera incident lasted about an hour and caused a car wreck involving an LAPD officer. During the chase, the man could be seen getting out the vehicles he stole and moving about on foot so that he could locate another automobile to take hold of promptly. The desperate strategy worked for a while. But, the California Highway Patrol finally caught the quick-thinking perpetrator near the #44 exit on the 101 North Freeway in the city of Thousand Oaks, California (42 miles north of Los Angeles).
