OTF Doodie Lo Thanks Lil Durk for Saving His Life and Sending Him to Rehab

OTF Doodie Lo took to Twitter to credit Lil Durk for saving his life, as he wrote on Wednesday (July 19), "Smurk paid 110k for me to go to rehab last month sh*t saved my life fr." 

Back in 2020, Lil Durk spoke about quitting Lean and Percocet as he told Genius, "I used to take a lot of Percs and sipped a lot of Lean. We don’t look at weed like I’m a junkie, but you look at like pills and sh*t like that and I was heavy on it, even if it was off camera." 

Durk credited India Love for helping him quit, and he added, "You know if you was addicted to them in the past, you can’t just go cold turkey." 

Last year, Durk and Doodie Lo teamed up on the track "Did Sh*t To Me," off of Durk's 7220 deluxe edition. The song was Doodie Lo's first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, as it opened at No. 95. It concurrently debuted at No. 23 on Hot Rap Songs and No. 29 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.
