Dwight Howard is being sued by a man claiming that the basketball star pressured him into having a threesome with another man.

RadarOnline obtained court documents after a man named Stephen Harper sued Howard, claiming that he reached out to Howard via Instagram in 2021. After Howard allegedly responded to Harper with a "devil emoji," the two men carried on a text conversation, where Harper sent Howard photos of himself.

Harper claims that Howard told him he was into "freaky" sexual experiences, and he added that Howard asked him to send nude photos. Harper claims that Howard then told him, "Now I want you to know I’m not like gay or anything. I’m jus a lil nasty sometimes. Ion wanna offend you."

From May to July 2021, Harper and Howard continued their text exchanges, including Howard allegedly telling Harper he was "thinking about that meat." On July 19, 2021, Harper claims that he took an Uber to Howard's home, and on the way there, Howard asked if he would have a threesome with a man or woman.

Harper says that he showed up at Howard's home, and the two engaged in consensual kissing, but Harper went on to state that Howard invited a man dressed as a woman over to his home. From there, Harper claims that Howard assaulted him.

"Defendant stood up (towering over Mr. Harper), grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, held Mr. Harper down, and performed nonconsensual oral sex on Mr. Harper. Mr. Harper was in fear of imminent bodily harm when he was pinned down and forced to remain in place while Defendant continued to sexually assault him."

Harper has accused Howard of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.
