Cardi B isn’t letting up off Tasha K, despite the blogger filing for bankruptcy. New details in the situation between Cardi and Tasha have surfaced, as the Bronx rapper recently issued a subpoena to Tasha K’s husband, Cheickna.
The subpoena was issued on June 18 and reportedly allows Cardi to examine all the couple's assets via her attorneys.
Court documents that surfaced said, “The examination may continue from day to day until completed. If the examinee receives this notice less than 14 days prior to the scheduled examination date, the examination will be rescheduled upon timely request to a mutually agreeable time.”
It was noted the examination will take place on August 7, 2023 in Miami, Florida, and the examination will be recorded and added to Tasha K’s bankruptcy filing with the court. This news comes after Cardi B was ordered to hold off on collecting money from Tasha K due to the blogger filing for bankruptcy.
