Previously, James Harden revealed he was looking to be traded from the Philadelphia 76ers. Sixers star Joel Embiid reacted to Harden’s request, noting he and Harden are still cool, and he hopes he stays. However, reports popped up claiming Harden is “determined” to be traded to the Los Angeles Clippers.
Since then, Harden has taken to Instagram to deliver a cryptic message following reports of him wanting to make his way to Los Angeles. “Been comfortable for so long. It’s time to get uncomfortable,” said Harden.
News of this comes after 76ers President Daryl Morey spoke on the trade, saying, “If we don't get either a very good player or something that we could turn into a very good player, then we're just not gonna do it.” Take a look above.
