DaBaby is the featured guest on the latest episode of "Million Dollaz Worth of Game," and during his sit-down, he detailed how 50 Cent helped set him up for success at Interscope.
The "Suge" rapper explained that 50 Cent called him up one day and told him that he wanted to meet with him at Interscope. DaBaby added that Fif flew in to have a meeting with all of the departments at Interscope so that they could help propel his singles when they dropped. DaBaby stated that 50 told him that this way, he wouldn't drop singles with no direction and would have a team backing him.
This comes after DaBaby called 50 Cent "the last role model I got." During a birthday tribute, DaBaby told Fif on Instagram, "Don’t take yourself lightly bruh, you a walking BLESSING. & I know anybody with the pleasure of knowing you can vouch! If they don’t f*ck em! & everybody that love em! Tell you once a month you the last role model I got left! Keep dominating the [globe] I’m studying on a daily. Love for life bruh, See you soon!"
