Boosie has made waves for his comments about Jay-Z in the past, and he recently echoed a Twitter user claiming that no one in the South puts Jay-Z above him on their GOAT list.
Boosie reposted the message on his Instagram page, writing, "I F*** WITH JIGGA BUT THIS FACTS‼️🔥 STREET N***AS N DA SOUTH DONT PUT HOV OVER BADAZZ."
This comes nearly a year after Boosie went viral when he and Vlad debated about 21 Savage's comments about Nas not being relevant. Boosie stated, "He's definitely relevant to his fanbase. He's still making music, he's still doing that, then he's still relevant. I think [21] was looking at it on a young n***a's perspective."
When Vlad told Boosie that Jay-Z is an exception to rappers over 50 being relevant, Boosie replied, "Jay-Z’s not relevant these days for music. I don’t. If you’re gonna say Jay-Z is relevant and Nas ain’t relevant? No."
