According to reports, NFL Hall of Famer Ray Lewis's son, Ray Lewis III, died from a lethal mix drugs. 

TMZ Sports obtained Lewis's autopsy report which revealed the lethal mix that claimed the 28-year-old's life was a combination of cocaine, meth, and fentanyl. Additionally, the toxicology report also showed traces of alprazolam - the drug found in brands such as Xanax - in his system at the time of death. 

The medical examiner officially ruled Lewis's death as accidental.
