During a conversation that surfaced from a photoshoot, Quavo got candid about his career and the loss of Takeoff. The rapper spoke about missing his nephew and Migos group member, saying, “I just feel my boy’s energy. He got his chair over there, he just be kickin’ it.”
Another portion of the interview found Quavo speaking on an instance where he had to restrain himself when someone made a crazy statement to him following the loss of Takeoff. “For example, I went to the Super Bowl and I heard someone yell something crazy, and it took me everything in the world to not just want to smash his face in because he just said something wild,” said the rapper. He continued saying, “But I just knew. And God knows where we’re at in life, and what actually went on, and what I’ve seen. I just feel like it was another test to see where I was at.” Watch above.
