Many artists and entertainers immersed in the world of hip-hop have been receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, with artists like Tupac, Ludacris, Ice-T, Nipsey Hussle, Missy Elliott, and others getting one in the last few years. Now, it has been revealed that legendary producer Dr. Dre is set to receive a star in 2024.
The producer is among talented inductees, including Brandy, Darius Rucker, the late Otis Redding, and Toni Braxton. Radio host and selection committee member Ellen K gave some insight, saying, “The committee did an amazing job choosing these very talented people. We can’t wait to see each honoree’s reaction as they realize that they are becoming a part of Hollywood’s history with the unveiling of their star on the world’s most famous walkway.”
