According to reports, Angus Cloud passed away at the age of 25. The Oakland native became an international star with his portrayal of a teenage drug dealer named Fez in HBO's award-winning drama, Euphoria. His scenes with Rue (portrayed by Zendaya) and his adopted little brother Ashtray (portrayed by Javon "Wanna" Walton) could be described as suspenseful, scary, emotionally raw, and at times hilarious. The popularity of Euphoria helped propel Angus into the mainstream with a 'Ralph Lauren' modeling contract and a starring role in music videos by recording artists like Becky G and the late Juice WRLD.
The death of Angus Cloud's father, two weeks prior, took a major toll on him emotionally. His family mentioned this in a recently released statement.
"We hope the world remembers him for his humor, laughter, and love for everyone. We ask for privacy at this time as we are still processing this devastating loss."
Thus far, no details have been released regarding the nature of Angus's death. The young star will be greatly missed by his family, friends and fans.
