Update 08/02/2023 4:39pm:

Beyoncé was accused of snubbing Lizzo and reacting to Erykah Badu dissing her for jacking her style after Bey switched the lyrics to one of her songs during a tour stop in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

While performing "Break My Soul (The Queens Remix)," Beyoncé omitted Lizzo's name and changed up the lyrics of "Badu, Lizzo, Kelly Rowl" to "Badu, Badu, Badu, Badu." There was speculation that she left out Lizzo's name after her former backup dancers filed a lawsuit that day.

However, Beyoncé's mother, Tina Knowles, set the record straight in an Instagram post. She wrote, "She also didn't say her own sister's name [y'all] should really stop."

All eyes have been on Beyoncé's "Renaissance" tour this summer, with many moments going viral. Earlier this week, Erykah Badu even accused Beyoncé of biting her style with her tour outfit, writing, "Hmm. I guess I’m everyone's stylist. My favorite chrome mirror hat."

During Tuesday's performance of "Break My Soul (The Queens Remix)" at the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, Beyoncé changed up the lyrics of "Badu, Lizzo, Kelly Rowl" to "Badu, Badu, Badu, Badu."

The omission of Lizzo's name also sparked speculation that Bey was addressing the recent allegations against Lizzo, resulting in a lawsuit from three of her backup dancers. Lizzo's  Big Grrrl Big Touring company and her dance captain, Shirlene Quigley, were also named in the lawsuit.
