Ludacris carved out a career in music after delivering numerous hit songs that catapulted him into stardom. From there, the rapper successfully transitioned into the acting world, appearing in multiple movies from the successful ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise. Despite the massive success, the artist revealed that his “favorite car” from 1993 kept him grounded.
While speaking to Men’s Health, Luda reflected on photos of himself from the past, and one photo featuring him and his 1993 Acura Legend appeared. “I still got my 1993 Acura Legend to this day. It has over 253,000 miles on it,” Ludacris said. “It’s still my favorite car. You know why? Because it keeps me grounded. It’s my anchor,” said Ludacris.
The rapper then noted the car reminds him of his humble beginnings ahead of rap superstardom. “I had this car before I got a major record deal and started making millions of dollars. And I still have that car now because it reminds me of the hustle and the struggle of everything that I went through and it brings me back to where I first started.” Watch above.
