In this clip, Spice 1 elaborated on an earlier statement where he claimed Jay-Z has never released an album better than 2Pac's "All Eyez on Me." Spice 1 expressed his respect for Jay-Z as an artist but admitted he wasn't as familiar with the New York rapper's music because of his attachment to rap music from the west coast.
