Two weeks ago, Terence "Bud" Crawford (40-1) settled the long-standing debate regarding who is the best fighter in boxing's welterweight division with a dominant performance against Errol Spence Jr. (28-1). The two-time undisputed champion stopped Spence Jr. in the ninth round with a TKO, his ninth knockout victory in a row. In the weeks that followed, Crawford has garnered a whirlwind of much-deserved media attention and high-profile interviews, along with speculation about his next opponents, which potentially include the likes of Jermell Charlo (35-1-1) and Jaron Ennis (31-1).

On Saturday, the champ returned home to Ohama, Nebraska, where the city threw a championship parade in his honor. During the celebration, city's mayor, Jean Stothert, announced a proposal that would give the man Sports Illustrated recently crowned as "The Best Boxer of His Era" a plot of land for just one dollar, so that he could expand his boxing gym for kids/teens.
